The system utilizes smart technology to capture and transmit data in real time with cloud-based, customized data acquisition and analytics software. RAE EDGE seamlessly provides real-time data in the following major modules:

  • View all connected FJC equipment from one menu. Narrow down your search further with individual equipment operating data, such as:

    • Running times

    • Production time

    • Customized alarms and alerts

    • Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting

    • Remote operational parameter settings support from RAE’s engineering team

  • Pin down the location of your FJC equipment.

  • View spoolbase data for FJC projects. Data is segmented by each FJC station, including Blast, FBE, IMPP, and Quench. Production data is also available.

  • In the Daily Production Report (DPR) module, production data includes joint totals, daily joint counts, rejections, and downtime, as well as safety data, personnel and equipment count, and exportable reports.

  • Equipment parts and maintenance reports can be viewed.
